Sunset Memorial Gardens of Bismarck, Inc., is a 501(c)(13) non-profit organization, wholly owned by the individual lot owners. Sunset Memorial Gardens has a management
agreement with Eastgate/Parkway Funeral Service for the operation of the cemetery. Donations made to Sunset Memorial Gardens of Bismarck, Inc. are tax-deductible and exclusively used for improvement projects of the cemetery.
