Perpetual Care
North Dakota state law requires all cemeteries to charge perpetual care for continued upkeep of the cemetery. The fee for perpetual care is 20% of the selling price of the burial space. The perpetual care amount will be added to the lot price.

Sunset Memorial Gardens has a management agreement with Eastgate/Parkway Funeral Service for the operation of the cemetery. Donations made to Sunset Memorial Gardens of Bismarck, Inc. are tax-deductible and exclusively used for improvement projects of the cemetery.
